- 907 grams ground beef
- 120 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 120 milliliters milk
- 5 grams salt
- 1 gram black pepper
- 2 grams garlic powder
- 2 grams onion powder
- 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
- 113 grams Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 120 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 75 grams onion, finely chopped
- 60 milliliters ketchup
- 15 milliliters soy sauce
- 15 grams Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk. Mix until loosely blended.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold in shredded Swiss cheese, crumbled beef bacon, sliced mushrooms, and finely chopped onion until everything is well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a uniform loaf.
- In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the loaf.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to keep the moisture.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze slices for up to 3 months.
