- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Make sure to chop the spinach very finely to blend well with the chicken. Don’t overmix the meat to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
