Roasted Maggi Sauce Chicken Legs

Description

Delicious and easy-to-make roasted chicken legs marinated in a rich blend of Maggi seasoning, soy sauce, and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1/4 cup Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken legs in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken legs and marinade to a Ziplock bag. Close the bag and remove as much air as possible. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. To air-fry, preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spray the tray with oil and place the chicken legs skin-side down. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes. To bake, roast at 400°F for 35-40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  4. While the legs are cooking, pour the leftover chicken marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Serve this sauce with the chicken.

Notes

For even more flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Customize by using different cuts of chicken or adjusting cooking times accordingly.
