Combine the best of pizza and Caesar salad in these fun, easy-to-make wraps that are perfect for any day.
Ingredients

- 2 large tortillas
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place 2 flour tortillas on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce evenly across the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese shreds evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler on the bottom rack of your oven. Cook for a few minutes until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- While the pizza bases are cooking, assemble the salad. If using a bagged Caesar salad kit, add the contents to a large bowl. If using homemade, combine your ingredients. If desired, add fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Scoop half of the Caesar salad onto each warm tortilla pizza. Carefully roll up each tortilla to form a wrap. Serve immediately while still warm.
Notes
These wraps pair well with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Add lemon wedges for a fresh twist!
