Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (125 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (50 grams)
  • 2 frozen bananas (about 2 cups or 230 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
  2. Adjust taste. Taste and adjust sweetness and thickness to your preferences, if necessary.
  3. Blend and serve. Puree until smooth and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.

Notes
