Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food, a hearty lasagna combining layers of tender noodles, seasoned beef, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain the fat, and add minced garlic, cooking for another minute.
  2. Stir the marinara sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Layer the cooked lasagna noodles slightly overlapping on top.
  4. Add the meat sauce over the noodles, followed by the bacon-ranch mixture and a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

For extra flavor, use seasoned ground beef or add your favorite spices. Feel free to mix different types of cheese for a unique taste.
