- 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pancake mix and water to form a batter.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned, then cut into small pieces.
- Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the griddle, then add some sausage and cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle a little maple syrup over the sausage and cheese, then cover with more batter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
