- Juice of 0.5 lemon
- 45 mL soy sauce
- Steamed rice
Instructions
- Sprinkle sliced chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper, ensuring even coverage.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another 4 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Mix in asparagus, lemon zest, and lemon juice, cooking for about 2 minutes until asparagus is just tender.
- Pour in soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve hot over steamed rice and garnish with additional lemon zest if desired.
