Delightful, warm roll-ups made with flaky phyllo dough and a sweet honey-cinnamon filling, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pkg frozen phyllo dough (thawed)
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix honey and cinnamon. Unroll phyllo dough and cover it with a damp cloth to keep it moist.
- Layer 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter. Spread the honey mixture on top, and sprinkle with nuts if using.
- Roll tightly from one end and place seam-down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Brush the tops with the remaining melted butter. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice into pieces, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with powdered sugar on top, alongside vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
