Description

Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries is a healthy, protein-packed snack or dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and your favorite crunchy toppings. Perfect for summer or anytime you want a refreshing treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter bark.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt evenly across the tray to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt. Sprinkle granola, nuts, and shredded coconut if desired. Press the toppings lightly into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is fully set.
  5. Once frozen, remove the bark from the tray and peel off the parchment paper.
  6. Break the bark into pieces of your preferred size using your hands or a sharp knife. Most recipes suggest breaking or cutting the bark into 12–15 pieces, but you can make them as large or small as you like. For easier storage and serving, transfer the broken pieces into an airtight container or freezer-safe bag, layering parchment paper between them to prevent sticking.
