Ingredients

  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 60-120 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the smoothie and add more milk if it’s too thick or more dates if you want it sweeter.
