- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy beef sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
