- 2.5 milliliters crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 2.5 milliliters salt
- 1.25 milliliters ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- 120 milliliters mayonnaise
- 60 milliliters sour cream
- 15 milliliters Cajun seasoning
- 5 milliliters garlic powder
- 2.5 milliliters smoked paprika
- 5 milliliters fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the marinade is well blended.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Let stand for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the marinated chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the dipping sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
- Arrange the hot chicken bites on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve alongside the Cajun creamy dipping sauce.
