Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
  3. Drain excess fat, then stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fold in cooked pasta and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
  7. Allow casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving.
