- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold in cooked pasta and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
- Allow casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving.
