Description

A creamy, spicy dip that combines shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot sauce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breasts (shredded; about 3 large breasts)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 1.5qt baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the sides are bubbling up.
  5. Serve immediately with chips and/or carrots and celery. Enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.
