- 15 ounces Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon (drained)
- 1/2 cup Fine Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Flake the salmon with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into 4-inch patties.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set temperature to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- If not browning, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove croquettes and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Notes
For softer patties, add more milk. Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spice. Flake the salmon well to prevent patties from falling apart.
