Description

Enjoy crispy and flavorful salmon croquettes made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 ounces Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Fine Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4-inch patties.
  4. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Set temperature to 400°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. If not browning, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Remove croquettes and place on a paper towel lined plate.

Notes

For softer patties, add more milk. Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spice. Flake the salmon well to prevent patties from falling apart.
